REFUSAL TO CANCEL CONTRACTS & *****ING UP AGAIN

This is my3rd complaint on Hello Peter against the disgrace of a company. They have refused to cancel our contracts on countless occasions and every month we have to fight a different battle with them. They fix one thing only to ***** us over in another way. I will not promote their service to anyone as they have no regard for their customers and all the do is rip their customers off accepting no accountability for their actions. I am still awaiting failed callbacks from their managers especially in the retention depart but to no avail have they lived up to their word and overcharged us yet again. This is the final straw because as a consumer I know my rights and your have breached too many clauses.
