Refusal of Refund

After several requests and Hello Peter's. Cell C blatantly refuse to refund me an amount less than R20. 00. I am told to get my refund from Dream Call, whereas Cell C call centre agents gave me the sms number to submit for a cancellation, which never resulted in the subscription to be cancelled. This has been going on since, the month of June 2015. I DONT want the refund anymore. It was a matter of principle and never about the amount. Cell C prefer to have an UNHAPPY CLIENT instead of making the refund.. Your service is pathetic. Bianca solved my query without giving me a solution. Viane ( Team Leader ) has from 27/09/2015 not called me..
