Refusal of phone exchange within 7days
I bought a phone a Hisense e50 at Cell C New Market store, got home and not happy with the brand. There's no technical issues, I went to the store to do an exchange for a different phone but the consultants refuse to assist. It's within the 7days but I am being refused assistance.
