Refusal of phone exchange within 7days

I bought a phone for my wife a Hisense e50, got home and my wife is genuinely not happy with the brand. There's no technical issues, we wanted to do an exchange for a different phone but the consultants refuse to assist. It's within the 7days but we are being refused assistance. Please help.
