The first time i sent my iphone in for repairs because it had bleed on the screen, they upgraded it and sent it back, i specifically mentioned a bleed on the screen, no one at the repair centre checked if it was fixed, they just shipped it back to the store. i did not accept delivery and had the store send it back, its now been gone for 12 days awaiting a refurbished unit. i called to enquire on the definition of a refurbished unit, and was told that it is a unit from supplier used to replace ones that cannot be repaired. my question now is?

is this a previously damaged unit that has been repaired, or is this a unit that has never been used, and if so, where is the box for this unit?

When my contract is done, i cannot sell this unit as the serial numbers on the box do not match the numbers on the phone.

Why wont they give me a box with this unit that reflects the serial numbers on the phone?

If this is a unit that has been previously repaired then i do not want this unit. i want my unit to be repaired.
if this cannot be done then cancel the balance of my contract and take the unit back. or give me a credit and i will pay the difference fr another new unit.
Best regards,
