REFUNDS DO NOT HAPPEN

ON THE 31 ST OF December I settle my contract with cell c but over paid the settlement amount, as I forgot the amount, they asked me to send the proof which according to them they only received on the 13th of January, on the 18th of January the query was close and agent inform me of refund 3 to 7 working days which would be 27 January, no refund received, from their on wen I do follow up its one stories by another and still no refund, which much effort and big fights Christoff said on the 1st February he will pay my money within the next 3 to seven working days....and today when I phone this is still at the finance department, were is the thing called service. I am so glad I cancelled these contracts with cell c. so were now on 13 working days and 19 normal days, and still getting excuses regarding the pay out
