<p>Dear Cell C,</p> <p>I have cancelled my contract over 4 months ago, requested my refund over 3 months ago, only for your guys to keep telling me that the matter has been escalated. you guys have *********** Team Leaders(there is never a manager you can speak to) and call centre agents. Cell C is de*****ing its cuatomers and robbing them. my ref no. is ********** 388 of which everytime i call in via a landline as i am no longer and will never be a CELL C customer, i spend almost 30min on the line. you guys suck and i dont know how peopl can give you guys 5 star ratings.</p>
