Refunded incorrect amount
How do u pay a certain amount to cellc and get refund a different amount totally ridiculous what kind of service is this pathetic

23 Mar 2021, 07:28On 25/02/2021 i had called cellc to request for my account to be debit as i owed an amount of R1774. 65 to them however the consultant advised that this is not possible and i need to do an eft to cellc which i did accordingly on 25/02/2021 cellc still debited account for the same amount i then called in to advise of the issue after numerous attempts to have the money refund it finally came through on 20/03/2021 bt for only R1100 now my question is how do u pay a certain amount and get refunded a different amount totally ridiculous cellc doesn't even have the decency to let clients know what exactly is happening i will not recommend this service provider to friends and family
