Refund with a smile

I was promised feedback on my problem since last Monday. Leon from the Jhb call centre did what his colleagues failed to do despite repeated calls. <br> <br> Kudos to Leon and the lady who took the call and who ensured it was escalated as I asked. <br> <br> He was timeous, amicable and above all professional and definately put the customer first. WELL DONE TO LEON AND HIS TEAM.
