REFUND WAITING FOR ALMOST 10 MONTHS NOW

Good day All. I went to cellc store (Forest hill Mall - Centurion) on 27/08/17 (Last year August). I bought CellC summit phone but I never had SimCard with it so I decided to cancel the purchase. I had paid already using my bank card, They promise that money will be refunded as soon as possible. They took my copy of ID and my bank card copy. After two months I went to store to inquire, they said, it is not processed yet. I gave them again my copy of ID and they promised that They will come back to me. I waited for another 3 to 4 months nothing happened. Now suddenly they are asking for my bank statement which Indicated, money is paid and another bank statement which indicates money is not refunded. My Point is (CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENT OF THE DATE 27/08/2017 ), which indicated money is paid and also my name and bank card number. It is about 10 months now, I am still waiting for my refund.
