REFUND TAKUNG FOREVER
I requested refund from cell c on the 26/10/2017, Only received an sms on 2/11/2017,""?? Dear Cell C customer, please receive feedback for case no. ********** 286 a refund has been processed into your Bank Account. Please note that a refund may take 3 -5 days to reflect into the bank account. Please contact us on 084140 for further assistance. Kind Regards, Cell C Team""??, even to this day 11/11/17 there's nothing in my account ,called cell c yesterday only to be told to send another proof of payment , why send me the above sms when you still need other documents and why wait so long, This is dragging on for toolong unnecessarily
