Refund still not received as promised

This is now my fourth complaint in this regard. I have it on email and telephonic record that CellC promised me a refund to the value of R445 after abruptly stopping a contract that was barely three months old.<br> <br> It has been three months since the original complaint lodged of non-payment, and still this refund has not been done. <br> <br> Please contact me at your earliest convenience to resolve.
