<p>I am experiencing a problem concerning feedback regarding above reference on a refund. Every time I call I get to the call center and they cannot redirect my call to the back office where my case is being handled.</p> <p>I would appreciate if someone from this back office where my case is being investigated would contact me as soon as NOW.</p> <p>Thank you</p> <p>JC Coetzee ********** 290</p>
