Refund processed, still not appearing in account

My case number *** refers.<br> <br> I was emailed by Mpho Ndlovu and contacted via telephone by a lady (did not get her name as I was at the Spar) on 18 November. I was told that the refund was processed on 16 November and that it would reflect in my account no later than Monday, 23 November and that if it doesn't reflect that I should make contact again. I have emailed Customer Service and I am placing another message on here as this dual approach seems to be the only way that I actually receive assistance.<br> <br> Please can you investigate and advise when I can expect the refund in my account. The dates keep changing (initially the refund was approved and processed in June, 28th October and 3 November) and this is getting increasingly frustrating.<br> <br> I look forward to a response TODAY.<br> <br> Thank you.
