Refund pending from Cell C for 3 months

I have been struggling for 3 months to get a refund from Cell C. I have submitted proof of payments where I paid extra on my contract and givdn pfoof of my account. After I habe submitted the proof of payment I was told to sent my bank statement. I do not understand if I have sent my proof of payment whu do I need fo disclose my sensitive banking details. Since then and after numerous emails, they still have not paid my refund. M reference numbers are: ***, ***, *** and ***. If Cell C can please explain why are they delaying payments and try in everyway to not pay. When you call the customer care line, thwy cannot give you feedback and say someone will call you.
