Refund owing to customer

Cell C, I was told in March, I will receive my refund within 14 days. Nothing happened I then logged an complaint against the company on this platform in April and was told again I will receive my refund within 14days. It is now more then 14 days later since last correspondence and nothing to date. Why am I not receiving my refund?

I don't know who you were trying to call yesterday Cell C, but I had no miss calls from Cell C before and after an alternative number was asked. I don't know if you saying the above to make it look like you replying. To date still no feedback on my refund.
