Refund overdue. Pathetic cellc
So I closed my cell c account end September and my last payment had to be at the end of October.
Little did I know that Cell c didn't update my statement hence i overpaid my account with R600.
I called on 8th November already with regards to my refund and it's the 3rd December today and still nothing was refunded.
Proof of payment was sent and bank details yet CELL C IS PATHETIC AND CANNOT DAMN PAY MY MONIES BACK TO ME.
IT'S MY MONIES YET I HAVE TO WAIT FOREVER FOR IT.
DO THEY THINK THAT R600 IS THE SAME AS R60.
