Refund over 37 day of waiting💔💔😭😭 I can't afford my sick daughter medication..where must i get the money from pharmacy is closing at 12pm devastated

Cell C what you are doing to me is so unfair at all...i have been calling for about 37 days to get my refund... I can't keep on making money arrangement to get medication for my daughter who is home sick...i can't afford that i have been promised to receive my R6847 on the 5 or 6 of May after a more than a month of trying to get refund with no luck today is the 7th still i am in tears because my dearest pharmacy is closing at 12 where am i gonna get money from for my sick daughter. Your company is so cluel 😭😭😭 my medical is exhausted i can't even hold my tears at least give enough to buy meds
