Refund on froudulent debit oders

<p>i had a contract with cell c for a rooter, unfortunately i lost the rooter , however i contacted cell c to block the rooter/number as there was froudulent activity to it as someone kept on using the rooter even after i had reported it lost/******, i called cell c several times to enquire as my account kept on being debited, first 600 and some ods, then again R1200 , i reguested voice recordings of all the calls i made and i was told the case would be investigated, i was called back to be told that the matter is resolved and that all my money would be refunded, to this day Cell C has been saying they will contact me and they never do, my case reference Numbe is ********** 758, ive been talking to a lady by the name of Debra from cell c SA.i would like to escalate this matter and again say that cell C has given me the most unsatisfactory service ever and as their loyal customer for years i am not happy at all.</p>
