Refund on account with a credit amount due to me
I paid a lumpsum to my cell c account with reasons to close the contract, I then decided I will not be closing the contract. I then contacted cell c asking for a refund, they told me it takes 7 working days for a refund to be processed. 7 working days passed and no feedback from cell c, even when I call them myself, they don't have feedback for me.

28 Apr 2022, 10:14Today I literally the second week on this case and the money hasn't been refunded into my account. I called and the person who picked the call tells me the case has been closed yet money is not in my account????? What kind of service is this. Remember this money belongs to me, it doesn't belong to me. Did you ever think perhaps the reason why I'm requesting for this refund is because I have stuff to do with it??

02 May 2022, 11:27I requested a refund on the 12th of April I was told it will take 7 working days. Today is the 2nd of May and still I haven't received my refund.
My bills are unpaid because I was gonna use that money to pay them off. This is not the first time I'm encountering an issue with Cell C that affects my overall life. First they said I did not pay my monthly installment and that affected my credit score and I was in a process of acquiring property that time.
Secondly I got a laptop from them that doesn't go 3 months without needing repairs. Truly cell c is just the worst ever. I can't wait for my contracts to end and no more to Cell C.
