Refund of subscription

I had a contract with Cell C and cancelled it on the 15 Aug last day of service 16 Sept 2015. On the 30 Sept Cell C deducted R201.00 from my account and I was told that I will be refunded as it is only for 16 days. I have phoned and phoned and on the 25 Oct I phoned again and got a ref number: *** and I was told I will be refunded within 7 to 14 days. On the On the 11 Nov I send Cell C an e-mail with an automated reply stating that I will contacted within 24 to 48 hours. Nothing happened. Yesterday I contacted Cell C again ref number *** and I was told that an agent will contact within 24 hours. I am still waiting. I was told that they can see that there is a refund due to me but for some or other unknown reason it just doesn't seem to happen.
