Refund of over payment
I have been asking for a refund for the amount I had over paid, it's nearly a month now without getting my money back, I had paid over R4000 instead of R479 for my cellphone contract.
They have been asking for proof of payment which I sent more than four times. And had submitted it whenever they had asked, one of their consultant had said I'll get my money with seven day but it's almost a month now.

This is a follow up on the query, how long will this issue take or be looked in to?
This is over 24 hours since I was told it will be attended shortly.
I believe that my line would have been stopped had I took the amount of time without payment of my contract had it been that I owe my account.
I had received an sms to say I will get payment a day or so after I lodged for a refund since last month, all I got was messages every now and then to reply if you have do a great job in resolving my query.
This is a follow up on the query, how long will this issue take or be looked in to?
