Refund of funds

<p>I had a contract with cell c and due to their terrible service i closed the cotract and moved to prepaid. now i paid then an extra R1800.00 which they need to refund back into my *** down the line i'm still waiting for the to give me a call as i have called on numerous occasions to no avail. i have received more than 10 reference numbers are when you call in they do not have any use. i was told the SLA takes 2 working days then after that i was told 14 working days still the 14 days has passed and nobody is helping. i'm very frastrated and very annoyed about the fact that nobody cares or even bothers to call back. They all have confirmed that they need to refund me back my money and those calls were retrieved and i was informed about the refund. today i was told my case is closed but then nobody knows closed in which regard. i want my money back and apart from HelloPeter if there is any way i can escalate further i will do so. the managers just don't care.</p> <p> </p>
