Refund Not Received Yet

Good Day, <br> <br> I have spoken to Cell C staff in regards to My Mother's account. THREE MONTHS ago we logged a complaint and query as Cell C ********ly debitted an amount from My Mothers account that wasn't suppose to be taken. To date, My Mother has NO Response, as if Cell C just hopes we forget about it. There is NO valid reason for that money to have been taken and it needs to be paid back to her. Cell C has taken enough time and this is unacceptable. If nothing gets done about this, My Mother has the full right to withhold her monthly installments till that amount is made up.
