Refund not done

Good morning<br> <br> My contract for my laptop with Cell C was suppose to end on the 30/05/2015 but to my surprise on the 25/05/2015 an amount of R564.74 went off my account even though the subs for my laptop was R298.99.<br> I contacted cell C on the 27/05/2015 to have this matter resolved but I have been sent from pillar to post a lot of reference numbers were issued to me but my query hasn't been resolved to this day. I have made it clear to their consultant that I do not want this contract any more and I intend to cancel my cell phone contract too.<br> I have received this sub standard service before form Cell C as their bigger than their clients.<br> Your intervention will be greatly appreciated as Cell C is not prepared to sort out this matter.<br> thanking you in advance.<br> <br> Kind regards,<br> Thato Phakane.<br>
