Refund nightmare continues.
I am on my 6 weeks later with an additional 4 other Ref/Case numbers from my initial one so all in all under my name i have 8 so i am not sure whether you are in the business of de*****ing people what is rightfully theirs or what. Next stop ICASA.
FYI. (STOP HAVING YOUR CONSULTANTS CALLING ME AN REQUESTING THE DAMN SAME THING EACH TIME. HAVE YOUR IT SORT OUT THEIR PROGRAM FILE ISSUES.)

Like i said don't contact me to ask for stuff you already have with you and keep sending me a Case/Ref number each time to start the whole process from scratch i gave you everything that you requested and confirmed it with the consultant last week that she has EVERYTHING i need an date to expect my credit balance in my account that's all as per the initial case number. Imagine if you went to report a crime and each time you wanted an update they have you open a new docket an ask you for stuff they already have from the initial case that was open.
