Refund my recharge amount

Yesterday i recharged with R35.00 and when i wanted to buy date for WhatsApp i had no funds. Please kindly refund me my R35.00. I don’t understand how can it just disappear.

come on guys ..... i don't want to risk putting another airtime because i don't even know where the problem is. I cant access my things since yesterday..... I NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE. then you are so quick to offer contracts but comes to CS this is what you get. I pay you without any hustles everything month for my 2 contracts and i need to go through this in order to be assisted
