Why do you constantly ***** from your customer (me) ?

I had R 62.00 airtime at 10am today. I went to have a nap at 1pm , to wake up at 3pm - checked my balance and noticed R 40 AIRTIME was ****** by you. If I'm sleeping - how did my AIRTIME vanish ?
