REFUND MY MONEY TO ME IN MY BANK ACCOUNT

Waiting now almost a month a refund I have paid R663. 33 for account on the 14th Jan 2021 On the 15th debit my account with R 448.33 I have phone on the 15th to query the debit order of R 448.33 case *** I phone on the 18th again to follow up still not done and received a sms to provide proof of payment which i did sent On the 21st i received sms money will be credit from the back office On the 26st i phone again and than i was told case close why i dont know i have to wait 2 days than i will received a call no call received

New case *** still waiting for money to be refund I have so many times to refund me and i am really frastrated
