Refund MY Money - I Don't Owe You

Okay, so I was on here just the other day to compliment one of your staff members about her trying to help me with why you guys deducted R847,13 from my account on 27/10/2017 and even she can't get an answer from you guys??? I am very VERY LIVID right now that it's been 2weeks and you guys are still "investigating" why you deducted money that doesn't belong to you. I don't owe you guys anything because I paid off my laptop on 28/08/2017and I PAID the R350 for the month of September. The only amount you guys were supposed to deduct was R199 for the 5GB on my cell number and then only END of November deduct for the 20GB R199 special I took for my router that I got when I paid off my laptop on 05/10/2017. HOW DOES ALL THIS THEN ADD UP TO R847,13?? I want my R648,13 NOW - Tired of being patient with you guys because you take us for a ride when being nice nxla!!!
