Refund Me
Terrible Service from Cell C,
I made payment for my account that I was owing and I settled it however I made a mistake and deposit more money and I made a follow up call to inform them and they did acknowledge that they receive the money and its banked and they will refund me in 7 days and its been more than 7 days and nothing still in my account, every time I call them I get empty promises from their agents and its getting frustrating.
Please sort out your terrible service and refund me my money.

When am I going to get the refund and I hope its not going to be another 7 days ?
