Refund Issue
I just received the most *****ed up call from your company. I had requested a refund from Cell C because I was double debited. I was given a reference number, ***, and told that the refund would be processed after 7 working days. Now, I have received a call, and the person on the other end of the line refused to continue, stating that I had failed the security questions and that I must call Cell C. I'm not going to run around to get my money back.
Can you please provide me with a settlement balance so that I can move to a different service provider? I don't have time for this nonsensical inconvenience.
