Refund getting a pain in the @ss...

I terminated my contract and paid the fees needed to end the contract. Afterwards a debit order went off and I reported it with case nr ***. I tryro call everyday to get an answer but every time someone else with another explanation. Please guys, it's not rocket science. Call me and we can deal with this matter please... If you can't reach me on the designated nr, my alternative nr is ***.
