Refund from Cell C

I have 2 contracts with Cell C which I pay via debit order.Last month which is September I got paid on the 23rd.Cell C went into my account on the 22nd as the 25th was a public holiday,unfortunately they didn't get the funds.On the 25th I then made a payment,one payment for both my accounts.I received calls from cell c couple of days later,saying that one of my accounts is in arrears but the other one is paid in advance.I explained to them that the funds was meant to pay for both my accounts.Can they kindly allocate the paid in advance funds to the correct account which is the account in arrears.

They said yes they will do so I must send an email stating that.I sent an email.A day later my services were suspended.I called them to find out why?I was told that my account is in arrears.I asked them but I paid and why suspend my services.I immediately made another payment.Logged a call again asking for refund since they could see that I paid in advance but they couldn't allocate the funds accordingly.Was told it will take 2 days and someone from cell c will call me.No one called,I had to call them 12/10/2023 for feedback.They then told me that they are still busy with investigations.What investigation,I don't know as they told me that they could see the funds but failed to allocate it accordingly.

All I need from Cell C is my money they could see it was paid in advance but they couldn't assist to allocate it accordingly.
