Refund from Cell C
In August/September i went into Cell C at Longbeach Mall to find out why we were not getting any wifi reception from the router i had on contract from them. After a number of visits, many excusses i filled in a cancellation form to cancel. I returned the router and they have my contract papers plus other correspondence. To date i am owed three month fee of R249.00. Please help
