Refund

case number *** CellC is refusing to refund me my R805. I overpaid my contract as I would make small payments throughout the month and did not realize that I paid R805 EXTRA. They even sent me my statement confirming that they owe me, it showed a -R805 amount on the statement. I have previous statements aswell showing that they were allocating my money. CellC I want my hard earned money please!!!
