Refund
I got a statement from Cell C. I queried why they are saying I owe them when I have settled my account. Someone called me to inform me that I do not owe them. She said Cell C owes me money back and so I must send them my banking details for a refund. I did so and got an auto response saying I will be contacted in 48 hours. That was on Monday with reference ***. I have been waiting ever since with no response. When I call the system ask me to key in my cell number but when I do so I get a message saying my number is not registered with Cell C. I do not know how to contact them.
