Refund complaint

I have a worse experience with Cell C i have paid manually to close of the contract they even provided me with email to aend proof of payment they debited my account again through the debit order I notified them they gave me wrong information and closed my case numbers now I must start new process from the scratch for my refund due to their *********** staff.
