REFUND CLAIM NOT YET RECEIVED IN 6 MONTHS

Cell C Call Centre has sent me from pillar to post regarding my refund application I submitted in Jan 2021 for a faulty WiFi and Sim Contract deal I paid from July 2019 till Dec 2020. Agents say they can't access my account but they were able to call me after submitting a review on this platform. The latest interaction I've had with them was that I should take it up with Cell C Head Office but the number provided goes to voicemail. Cell C is ******* and mistreats anyone willing to spend their hard earned money on their products and services.
