Refund by Cell c

<p>I have log a refund with Cell C on the 28 July '17, they tell me it take 7 days so this morning I received a statement to see they have still not made the refund and when I phone they say the payment that is only due the 31 August'17 has now been deducted of the refund amount and if i requested the full amount to be refund if would take again 7 days for the case to be solved..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
