refund and my updated statement
I am very ****ed off, I have been calling and calling cell c regarding the deduction they made in my account yesterday. the agents keep telling me they can not transfer me to the payments department. I am upfront with my payments I made a cash payment of R700 on the 19 of December and I am way ahead of my payments but then again you deducted yesterday. WHY? i want my money back ASAP. I have been sending the proof of payment and my statement is not updated. The cash payment I made on 03-10-2023 is not reflected on the statement I requested yesterday, please update my statement and refund me the money that you deducted yesterday before i GO CRAZY. I want someone from the payments department to call me because your agents do not have answers to my questions and they keep on saying they escalating the matter to you, I want someone to contact me from the payments department NOW. I have been asked 20 times to forward proof of payments to *** and *** and ***

CAN YOU GET SOMEONE FROM THE PAYMENT DEPARTMENT NOT THE SOCIAL DEPARTMENT WHO DOES NOT HAVE ANSWERS FOR ME, SHE IS TELLING ME I HAVE USED THE WRONG REFERENCE FUNNY ENOUGH I GOT THAT REFERENCE FROM THE CELL C BRANCH IN EAST LONDON HEMINGWAYS MALL AND I WAS NOT USING IT FOR THE FIRST TIME, IF THEY MANAGED TO PICK IT UP ON THE 03-10-2023 WHAT IS SO DIFFICULT FOR YOU GUYS TO PICK UP THAT PAYMENT NOW WITH THE SAME REFERENCE. I need my ****en money ASAP. I said I need someone from payment department to contact me because the social media consultant does not have answers to my questions. Please refund my money now before I Go Mad.
