Refund and closure of accounts

<p>My husband and I had contracts with cell c and paid up both . HIS contract was overpaid with 240 and odd rands he was asked to bring the proof of payment of which he and was told it will be paid in 3 working days we went to Cell c to find out why he was not refunded he was told the was a error with the reference number he needs to bring the proof of payment again and wait for 7 working days because a new call has been logged. Can this please be resolved, we cant be taken from pillar to post . Can cell c please close our contracts as they still reflect that they are still owing.</p>
