Refund

I have been having an ongoing issue regarding my refund, it's been 29 days now with no resolution. In have advised cellc to contact me before 10AM as after 10 I'm at work and won't be able to answer my phone however they still call after after 10. I sent them an email as per their request advising of the time they should contact me however they don't listen I'm fed up now and because they are ****mers. I have provided them with all the documents they requeated and now we keep going back and forth. This is frustrating as they keep creating new cases all the time, their service is disgusting.
