Refund
Account was debited ob 20th Dec always debetid ob 25th.No funds available on the 20th always available from 22nd thats why debit order set for 25th.Returned debit order bankcost is R105. Would like refund from cell c. Bank acct in red now of bank cost. Statement available on request. No permission to take debit order earlier. CONTACT ***.Mr CJ Grobler.

Complaint not yet resolve. See today cell c added also R70 for non payment of debit order on my statement. Now i must pay R175 in total to satisfy cellc for their mistake.Useless bunch cellc *****ing customers money as they wish. Cant wait that all my contracts come to an end, but that will also be a struggle if we get there. I will not recomend cell c to anybody only problems. You just lost a customer with 4 contracts, just imagine
