I have called for the last 3 days to get assistance with a refund. Every time I get a call from one of your consultants I cannot hear anything and the call is cut after 30 seconds. I have given 3 other numbers that I can be contacted on as well as my email address. Can I please get some help with getting this sorted out, once and for all. This is the Reference number : ***

16 Mar 2023, 11:06Received a call again and after 5seconds, could not hear the person and they hung up. Not to worry I reversed the debit order. I will go into the store and pay what I actually owe!
