Refund?

Hi was debited incorrectly by Cell C in October with the amount of R1288.56. To date, I have only received the amount refunded of R899. I have been following up with Neville Moodley whom promised to inform me daily of what is happening. The amount of R389.56 is still owed to me and the below was the last feedback I received from Neville via email on the 19th of November: "I advised you that the refund will only be done once the correct credit amount of R1288.56 reflects. The R389.56 is the remaining credit that must be passed;this is what im working on currently.

I want to know when I am getting my money refunded please.
