I logged a case 2 weeks ago up untill now my money is not refunded and you still asking social media consultant to call me and explain **** and give me incorrect amounts of my due credit, you need to stop playing games with people's money. My deduction date is the 28 who gave you a right to allocate funds to my January payment without my approval or discussing that with me? That is not what we aggred on upon signing up for that contract. I need my refund of R700 ASAP. It takes you a whole month to resolve 1 case 😳😳😳 your service is so annoying, disgusting, irritating and ****en casino game

Is that how you guys operate? how do you close a case without me getting my ****en R700.00 back? it's been more than 2 weeks since I logged this case up now my MONEY IS STILL NOT BEING REFUNDED, I WANT MY R700.00 TO BE REFUNDED BACK INTO MY NEDBANK ACCOUNT AND STOP SENDING PEOPLE FROM SOCIAL MEDIA calls ME, LAST WEEK AN AGENT FROM SOCIAL MEDIAM GAVE ME INCORRECT CREDIT THAT IS DUE TO ME, I AM AN IDIOT I WANT MY MONEY.
