Refund
I have a refund case with cell c, first case was closed with no feedback, registered another case 7days ago still no feedback, they are quick to debit but when they have to refund you your money they give u a run around, went to one of their stores in Westgate and was told I can wait up to 2months for my money, thier service is very bad and they don't care about their customers
