Refund

I cancelled my contracts (2) with the cancellation fee included (R5967.13) both paid 22/10/2015. Then a debit order of R5482.75 went off on 28/11/2015 the number in question forbthese amounts ***.I logged a query on 03/12/2015 and they said it will take 10 working days for the refund to be paid back into my account . I notified them that I would be out of the country as this is urgent. I phoned again on Christmas and they said 30/12/2015 it would be paid in as refund was approved on the 19/12/2015 from your side. I phoned again this morning and now only the refund will be paid in next week Tuesday 05/012016. So cellc has no problem taking my money the first chance they get but it takes them a MONTH to refund MY money, after I also asked to cancel the debit order where I was told the debit order is automatically cancelled after the contract cancellation has gone through? I have stuff to pay and I am just wasting more money phoning and logging queries from the other side of the world!!! I need this fixed, NOW!
