Cellc greenacres the bridge bought a router from them on the 25th . I asked if i can use another service provider for data they said . I can but when i got home i tried to connect at all. Returned i was told they will book it in so they can look at it..... what must i do in the mean time iam suppose to be working but the person chilled about everything. I want my money

30 Jun 2020, 09:24Still haven't received my money . I was called by a lady because of this post just to tell me to go to the store which is obviously what i did in the beginning. I am totally disgusted at how the Manager (Nomfundo) of the store at how chilled she was when i was there on the 28 even though she could see how i was frustrated. She told me about policies they needed to follow which were never explained to me, they were not even on the receipt. She promised to call me back on Monday its Tuesday today and nothing. I am so disappointed with CellC
